These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Riya Piyasa website. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Riya Piyasa if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The Platform

Riya Piyasa acts as a venue for sellers to list vehicles and for buyers to find vehicles. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items, or the ability of buyers to pay for items.

We do not guarantee the condition of any vehicle listed on our site. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the vehicle and verify details before making a purchase.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that advertising content, text, images, graphics, and video ("Content") uploaded for inclusion on Riya Piyasa complies with all applicable laws. Riya Piyasa assumes no responsibility for any illegality or any inaccuracy of the Content.

The advertisers and users guarantees that his or her Content do not violate any copyright, intellectual property rights, or other rights of any person or entity, and agrees to release Riya Piyasa from all obligations, liabilities, and claims arising in connection with the use of (or the inability to use) the service.

Content Moderation

Riya Piyasa reserves the right to remove any content that we determine to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms and Conditions.

Specifically, ads may be removed if:

• The vehicle is located outside of Sri Lanka.
• The ad is a duplicate.
• The content is spam or scam.
• The vehicle is a Japanese auction listing.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Riya Piyasa and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Sri Lanka and foreign countries.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
